We at GolfOverstock.com guarantee that shopping at GolfOverstock.com is absolutely safe and convenient. GolfOverstock.com will not charge your credit card until your orders have been shipped. GolfOverstock, LLC will appear next to the amount of the charge on your credit card statement.

We collect personal information from you (such as your name, address, phone number and credit card number) through our secure servers. Your credit card numbers are used only to capture transaction amount and not stored on our server.

We use an industry standard, advanced encryption technology SSL (Secured Socket Layer) to make online personal information indecipherable in the unlikely event when the information in transit is unlawfully intercepted or accessed. Statistics show that online purchases without human intervention are far safer than traditional credit card transactions because the information is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be decrypted by an authorized computer.

The Federal Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in the event a fraudulent charge occurs on your account.

In the unlikely event of a fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of shopping at GolfOverstock.com, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its rules and procedures.

In an effort to provide you with superior customer service throughout your transaction, we require your phone number and e-mail address as a part of ordering information. Having your phone number and e-mail address will allow us to contact you in case we need to communicate with you about your order.

We respect the privacy of our customers and promise not to disclose any personal or business information to third parties. We will not sell or rent your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to anyone else.

We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide via the Internet will be used. We collect only information about you necessary to reliably process your order and we are committed to protecting your personal information we collect. This same policy applies to information you provide about someone else such as a gift recipient.

4. Order Cancellations    Top of Page

Cancellations must be received via email at info@GolfOverstock.com before the order goes out. Cancellations on special orders are not accepted even if they are not shipped.

If an order is refused to be delivered, the cost of shipping to the customer and back to the shipping origination will be the responsibility of the customer. 

5. Pricing Errors    Top of Page

Although we continue to strive for our pricing on this site totally free of errors as much as possible, it is still possible that we can have some items incorrectly priced. For accuracy, prices are confirmed at the time of shipment. GolfOverstock.com is not responsible for and does not honor pricing errors.

In the event an item was incorrectly priced, we will handle the situation as follows:

1. If the actual price is lower than the posted price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the product(s) to you. Of course, the overpaid amount will be credited to your account.
   
2. If the actual price is higher than the posted price, we will inform you of the pricing error that affect your order before your order is processed so you can decide whether to continue with the order.

6. Damaged Goods    Top of Page

If the package looks damaged, inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. 

If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and email us at info@GolfOverstock.com. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and notify the carrier and us immediately. 

7. Warranty Claims    Top of Page

Warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of each original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with the products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact us if your item is defective before returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

8. Shipping Information    Top of Page

Shipping Errors:

All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier within 7 days of the receipt of the order. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive on different days if the order contains non-stock item(s).

Shipping Charges:

Local Customer Pickups: Pre-arrangement only.

International Shipping: Shipping rate depends on delivery destinations and each item's value. Please email us for specific item shipping rates before placing any order.

We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail for international shipments.

Domestic Shipping:

1. Continental United States
   UPS and USPS are our primary shipping carriers within the Continental US. We email you with tracking or delivery confirmation number once your order is shipped if it is available.
   
   
2. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
   USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR.
   
   
3. APO/FPO/PO Boxes
   USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method.

We ship out orders within 1-2 business days. However, we are not responsible for service transit time since it is out of our control once the item leaves us. Service transit information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

9. Returns & Exchanges    Top of Page

We carry only genuine name brand products. They are low priced and very limited quantity. Once the items are sold they may not be available anymore. Due to this nature of the products, we do not accept returns on all closeouts. However, if the item is defective within 7 days from the purchase date please follow the instructions below to return the item.

1. Email at info@GolfOverstock.com to obtain RA # (Return Authorization Number). 
2. Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s) and with the original hang tags attached. 
3. Write the RA # clearly on the outside of the box, along with your name and return address.
4. Ship the returns to the address as instructed at the time when RA # is issued to you. Shipping charges must be prepaid. (Items shipped  C.O.D. will not be accepted.). We recommend that you insure the item when shipping, as we will not be responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
5. Upon receipt, returns will be inspected to insure they are in new and unused condition, and a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the merchandise and any taxes collected, excluding shipping cost.
   
   Please note that we charge 20% restocking fee for all returns due to no fault of our own. (If the item was shipped free to the customer the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.)

The following products may NOT be returned: 

1. All closeout items.
2. Used or altered merchandise.
3. Items with no original packing containers or with damaged containers.
4. Demo items. 

10. Taxes & Duties    Top of Page

All orders are FREE of sales tax except deliveries within Nevada State. Orders delivered within Nevada State will add sales tax of 7.75%. Your cart will include the sales tax if necessary in the total amount at checkout.

Duties and taxes for orders shipping to destinations outside the U.S., if imposed on your order, are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by GolfOverstock.com). Please consult your local customs office for more details about applicable duties and taxes.

All orders placed with GolfOverstock.com are in United States Dollars (USD). All refunds are made in USD and GolfOverstock.com is not responsible for any discrepancy in local currency between the original purchase amount and refund amount resulted from fluctuation in currency conversion rate.

Item and shipping prices are subject to change without notice due to seasonal price increases or decreases.

You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this site. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 18 years of age. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.

In rare situations, due to technical problems or human fallacy, you may encounter incorrect information on our website. These errors are unintentional and we regret any inconvenience they may cause. As always, your satisfaction is paramount, and we will correct all errors, reserving rights to refund or compensate as is appropriate to the situation. Be advised that your use of this website constitutes an acceptance of these terms.
